My stay at the hotel was just what we needed! The room we had on the second floor was clean, spacious, and of a high standard. The restaurant staff were very accommodating to my very excited 8-year-old. The location was ideal for our trip, avoiding the need to drive into the center of Windsor, and the train station being a short 10-minute walk away made it even more convenient. The dining experience offered a wide range of items, cooked to a high standard, making it a perfect stopover for a good value meal. However, the disrespectful nature of some restaurant staff was a downside that stood out during our stay.

However, there were not enough towels or bedding for the spare bed. The location was great, right next door to a big Sainsbury's for last-minute essentials, and it was ideal for our trip.
